EvoSmart is a digital studio specialising in AI advertising, branding, design and web development. This website is informational and serves to present the studio's services and portfolio. Access to the site is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to the site at any time without prior notice.
2. Services Provided
The studio provides the following services: AI advertising and video production, branding and visual identity, digital product design, web development and integrations, SMM and targeted advertising. All services are rendered under separate agreements concluded individually with each client. Terms, timelines and costs are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Intellectual Property
All site materials — texts, images, logos, graphics, design and source code — are the intellectual property of EvoSmart and are protected by copyright law. Copying, reproducing or distributing any site materials without the studio's written permission is prohibited. Upon full payment for a project, exclusive rights to the created materials are transferred to the client to the extent provided by the agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". The studio makes every effort to ensure information is current and accurate, but does not guarantee its absolute completeness or freedom from errors. EvoSmart is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the actions of third parties. All business decisions are made by the client independently.

The site may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or activities of such sites. By following external links, you do so at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
